This website provides some legal advise regarding the Internet. While saying this I DO NOT say that the legal advise on the cornell website is what I base my website on. I simply recommend that you look up the cornell website and examine for yourself what legal issues are related to copyright issues.

There are some very messy issues with Law and Issues relating to Copyrights and Internet Rights to reproduce articles. I mean - it's getting really scary now - and we will have to see what happens.  IF the lawyers ( and officials ) get their way there will no more internet.  I have to tell you this.  There are now over 200 countries in the world.  It's going to be impossible to stop the Internet !

Various countries WILL IMPOSE website barriers and censorship of the internet.

phils.com.au is a website NOT asking for any money - It has NO advertising and is an information only site. The Intentions of Phil is to provide an information service ONLY and to NOT infringe on any Copyright - Trade Mark - or any Patent. Phil is all about the freedom of the Internet - NO MONEY and Freedom of Speech.

Note from Phil himself. This Web Site costs me personally about $35.00 (Australian Dollars) per month. ( as of July 2010 ) - I pay for this and personally update - add info to this site. It's all about the personal thing. This is NOT a business generating money AND as I have mentioned I DO NOT want money sent to me. BUT I have had to get a new email address to (hopefully) stop the email spammers. ( as at July 2010) - This email address is now deleted.

New email address is on the front (main) page - a six month only email address.

And the web site grew to a single page UFO picture that attracted interest. And an article on the Transistor.

This led on to a number of articles that attracted interest notably Nikola Tesla ( my hero from childhood ) and well it snowballed into what it is today and all I can say at this time (July 2010) is that I will post more articles as time goes by. I have REMOVED articles that have been requested. This (my) website respects ALL requests and I (phil) will alter OR remove anything asked for. - Phil Cullen.
